i js need help on how to outline words kinda like this
 like how the white part is outlined out of the black part. sorry if im kinda confusing

omg sorry for ps 7 its easy.
ii thought you meant psp 7 soo sorry! for ps7 type out the text . then look on your layer pallete and look there will be a "f" looking character . click it . then click stroke and edit the settings. |
