contact table help Options

I see alot of people taking the whole thing out and making these links (or buttons) for just "add to friends" and "Send message" on their myspace. is there a site where it shows you how to make the links for them.

What I did was made a whole new image and slap it into a code. Just change where it says "YOUR IMAGE URL HERE." Oh, and I used a photo editor program (such as Photoshop) to make the links:
