Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

i eat gum, twizlers, gummy worms, hard candy you name it. except for taffy and caramel. and i never broke any of my bracets.
eating gummy worms wouldnt break a bracket but it "might" loosen your metal covers on your lower and upper molar (i think that's what you call them), but i think gummy worms are just fine because theyre really not that sticky. but if our worried about breaking your brackets, dont ever ever bite a hard candy. |
