Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

I have braces and I have no problem with it. Even I chewed gum.
