its a texture. they did a texture overlay or whatever its called. you just put a layer with a texture over the image, and lower the opacity until its where you want.

Alright, I tried the texture on my picture:
![]() Err, kind of..I can't get the same texture (or rather, I don't OWN the texture for my photoshop) as the website. Also I don't get how changing the opacity will change the color of the separate boxes? |
