My sister and I tried out psp on the free trial, well now we want to buy it, so I want to ask where the best place is, and if this doesn't belong here I truly am sorry! And if theres already a topic on this I couldn't find it, so if you find it, then a mod can shut this.

a lot of stores have paint shop pro... you just need to look in the right place
