When I say expensive kind I mean the type that is only sold in deparment stores like Macys, Nordstrom or something of that kind. Cheap kind is the type at Walmart, or something. Sorry for the lack of better words.

eh...i usually go for the cheap kind cause i only wear like eyeliner & mascara..o...cheap is just as good lol..more bang for your buck
