Im going to have my first FEMALE PHYSICAL this friday, and i am preetttyyy nervous
 . Im pretty sure that other girls here have gone through it too, but i was just uh... wondering if i could maybe... uh.. hear some reassurance that it isnt as bad as i think it is.... if there is any...lol..hehh....

You probably only need one if your sexually active, or when you turn 18. But yea, I JUST had mine and i was really nervous, but trying to stay calm. She used some thing to open me up down there and used like 3 swabs to scrape inside, it didnt hurt or anything, it was just uncomfortable to have some OLD LADY tell you "okay, now im going to stick my fingers in"
 It was reallly wierd! but after you have one, you have to keep getting them once a year |
