Braces Help, candies. |

I was wondering if i can still eat gummy fruit snack with my braces. It's chewy. I'm afraid to break my braces bracket. i've been breaking my braces 2 times by eating hard food but not anymore.
If no, why ? |

wow. i chewed gum, ate hard and sticky food. never broke bracket. worst was getting it stuck on the wire, that's it. should be fine...
