When I say expensive kind I mean the type that is only sold in deparment stores like Macys, Nordstrom or something of that kind. Cheap kind is the type at Walmart, or something. Sorry for the lack of better words.

Both.
Most of my makeup is "expensive" brand name, but I have some cheap eyeliner that works MUCH better than any of my other more expensive ones. |
