I HAVE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS. AND IT DIDNT COME WITH IMAGE READY..OR MAYBE I JUST DIDNT INSTALL THE PROGRAM.. BUT HOW WOULD I GET A PROGRAM THAT CAN ANIMATE MY IMAGES??

you can basically make like blinkies and banners that like don't have text fade in and fade out but blink in and blink out . same way you would with image ready sorta.
you would make your main layer (layer that doesn't change) then make another layer that will change then another layer and put w/e that you want to be animated there. and go to save for web? and then change the file to gif and then put a check in the animate box. |
