chnaging eprop icon Options

i used this code to change the image for the eprop icon

when i got it it said to put it in your custom header, i did that, & placed it right under my layout code, but it still dint work. why isnt this working for me?

I went there hit the add comment button and saw the pink bomb things so I'm guessing it always worked or something else.
