Hello. I need help!! I need help... I'd like to know how to make banner's like this

to make banners, you can use any program, even microsofic powerpoint! thats where i started, then my parents got me adobe so, you can use many programs, i'd recomend photoshop or paint shop pro. all you really need to have is some brushes, time, and a creative mind and there you go a nice banner ;P hope that helps
