is there a site where u can download licensed animes? like chobits, marmalade boy, and others? i tried googling, but they only list un-licensed ones...why do they do this? is it illigal or not? Do you download them?

usually googling works, my friend and i did it looking for anime of ccs and it took forever. we gave up =)
