I'm not sure if i'm in the right forum. But anways, I was just wondering if I could submit a layout that someone has requested from cB itself. But I was the one who made the layout.
Does that count as "stealing" eventhough i made if for a requestee and decided to submit? Thanks. The link to the actual posting is here. |

That is perfectly fine, because people who made the layout for other people that have requested have submitted it before, and it really isn't considered stealing since you made it.
