horizontal scrollbar and chatterbox, ??? Options

so does that mean putting the navigation before the blogs' div is wrong?

1st part- is sumtin i dun know what it makes part of
2nd part- things for the chatterbox
3rd part- the blogs' div

sooo...i'm sure that's not the ordering u have recommended but now that i wanted to add another div layer at the bottom of the chatterbox, where should i enter the code to avoid the "movings' again???
