ip address -> xanga ??, how do i find out?? Options

ok... i've got a problem

i got blackmailed by a person on my chatrter box. but i have no idea who that person is. i have blocked her. but she said she is going to hurt me with her friends and somehow she knows what school i'm go to next year. this is too weird. it freaked me out.

is there any way to find out a person's xanga just by looking at their ip address?

the person's ip address is 146.115.229.248

and the user name she used to post on my chatter box is "DiSCRiMiNATOR"

the chatter box i use is "cbox"

oh, yes, I havn't tried that xanga name yet. Thank you. I can't belive the title of that xanga you gave me matcched excatly the username of the hacker. Even the uppercase and lowercase part is the same. I guess it might be that person. But how whould they know about my pictures in my school year book and what school I'm going to next year? I'm pretty sure I didn't put those info on my xanga. I'm going to find out. Thanks.
