i just downloaded a song on limewire and now i want to convert it to a wma on a program but how come my file isn't an mp3 anymore its an m3u?

i don't know about that program but you can download streambox ripper .
you can dl it here: http://www.geocities.com/streamboxripper/i...mbox_Ripper.zip heres how you convert to wma: QUOTE Now open stream box ripper and click on load, select the mp3 that you got from winmx.
Click on convert. In the screen that pops up, select the following. *decode from start *change to sampling rate 22050Hz//channels mono *select msaudio - bitrate 16kBps *uncheck equalizer, check the following two *look at the top and select the directory you want to save the song in *click on ok Sign up for a webhost [links on the resource page]. Upload your song [before you upload it, change the name of it to a lowercase abbreviation with no spaces] The url will be similar to http://www.webhost.com/u-on-webhost/name-of-song.wma |
