so today, my dad reads in the chinese newspaper:

these 4 guys mugged a few girls, snatching their cell phones. one of the guys told one of the girls that he'd give her the cell back for $20 bucks, she gave him $20 bucks and he tossed her cell on the floor smashing it.

not only did they steal their phones, they slapped and punched the girls, one got her purse stolen.

all of the girls were asian.

only one of the boys were caught, he's 13.

i hate how people ruin everything for others. it's so f*cked up. as if my 8pm curfew wasn't bad enough, i'm definately not allowed to stay out later anymore because of this, even if i'm with people.

WOW, I remember girls always benig told to never go anywhere alone. They did the right thing by going together, but damn they still got abused....I don't know what to say to you girls, but carry pepper spray..

I guess the girls didnt want to fight back because they didn't want to escalate the problem...or just real scared.

Put yourself in their shoes, you get approached by some guys-yuo don't know what they'll do or what they have on them. They might have a gun or what not.
