Well, recently, I decided to clean out my computer. I had 4% of space about a week ago. It went to 9% yesterday but I had a windows update that brought it down to 7% and now it's just 6%. mellow.gif I'm not sure, but does anyone of you know any way to gain some space? I have some programs in the Add or Remove Programs place and I seriously don't know what they are. =\

Like
InstallShield for Microsoft Visual C++ 6
3Com Modem Manager
& some others.

And yeah.. the C++ one is the biggest file I have.

A minimal gain in speed. Defragmenting doesn't give that much of a performance boost; it did at once time, but computers are fast enough to handle fragmentation now.

6% of space may cause a performance decrease, but that is due to the fact that the virtual memory system might not have as much space as it would like to dump memory contents, not because of a fragmentation problem.
