I just made my first website, I think I did pretty good. Its all cause of pixelfx.org!

Its good for a first. But using I-frame for everything will be the death of you. Divs work alot nicer and take up less space on server (because its all contained on one page) You should at least make your sidebar a div, and the pages like arcade could be div with a scrollbar.
