Hey, i am african american and i wanted highlights..some ppl say that it can make african american hair dry and brittle others say its fine..so is it ok? i use the search nd there was nothing so dont tell me 2 search it either.

It depends on what brand you use, but hair dyes should be the same on all types of hair. If you're worried about your hair being damaged then dont use anything permanent. I would recommend Dark and Lovely products, Bigen or Soft Sheen n Carson.
