O_O What happened?, coding and aligning and stuff Options

I finished my new layout this morning..and I coded it for Mozilla Firefox in 1152x864, but when I viewed it in 1024x768, it became all...misaligned and stuff. Not even just where the blog was...

Well if you code it in a screen resolution say 1024 by 726? I think then you view it in 800 by 600 it won't show up the same bu I guess you can tell your visitors its best viewed by your screen resoultion.
