horizontal scrollbar and chatterbox, ??? Options

i've tried making a new div layer

and by inserting the code given by the chatterbox site in [(....)]...but it doenst work....WHERE IS THE PROBLEM??

The blog layer is what moves your blog. o_0 The div layer that moves your blog? And I think you may have to modify that code a tad....
