When u grow up as being known as "the fat kid" it's not very nice.. i notice if ur fat ur always picked on or teased even though u try to hide ur feelings it still hurts u. Even if u don't have sum friends u tehy way ppl look at u they just go "ew" or "whoa she's/he's so fat". No matter wut ppl pick on the fat kid. why? not like they are gonna hurt u cause they think thier so powerful. The thign is.. "chubby" ppl dun need ppl to keep telling them thier over weight. they know.

Kids are always pretty cruel to each other about physical appearances. The same things you mention about "fat kids" also apply to "short kids" and probably many other different groups of kids in school ("dumb kids", etc.). It makes no sense why kids do it, but they do it anyway; eventually, most seem to grow out of it.
