MAKESHIFT, A cross between Myspace and Xanga... Options

WWW.MAKESHIFTONLINE.NET. "A cross between myspace and xanga?" Yeah... pretty much is. It's kinda better though.

The cool stuff about mso [short for MakeShiftOnline] is that there AREN'T any ads. The site gives you "shifts" when you participate around the site. You can use them to buy new classes, which gives you space on makeshift to host pics, files, etc. You can also give a user a "tag" even though they're not your friend. It's like xanga and the eprops thing, but without the eprops. Just think of shifts into eprops... haha. Another cool thing about makeshift, is that there isn't an age limit. So you won't get deleted if your underage or anything. You can also customize your profile. You can't post bullitens or anything like that because there is no such thing as that. So no more chain letters! Hmmm... if anything else you want to know just read this...

ohh yeah. and only a few memebers can be accepted for now. they don't want a lot of members yet because they said the site will slow down. so if you can't sign up yet try the next day, just maybe, MAYBE you will be able to sign up.

Member: MySpace is way better than makeshift. I can compare the two because they are the same enough in nature.
Truth: You're right, they're same enough in nature but your stupidity is causing you to forget MySpace is a million-dollar company who hires dozens of people to make the site. Makeshift is done by one person in his free time. I hope you're happy being condescendingly ignorant.

Truth: This is true. You are insecure about yourself. However, don't add everyone as a friend. Although you still could, that's just sad.

Member: Wow, I need to put music on my site and the help file on makeshift isn't helping! Whoever wrote it must have made a mistake! I should goto drew's site and tag him about it!
Truth: For god's sake, I hate it when music or music videos are on people's sites. You do not appear to be more interesting or compelling if you show everyone how you can copy & paste HTML code that will just cut out their own music. No one is going to goto iTunes or Winamp to hit 'pause', they're going to hit 'stop' on your music and get pissed off at you for the slow load time.

Without you, I couldn't haphazardly screw with new features or try out ridiculous ideas. I just get a lil' irked sometimes.
