I searched for a topic like this and I came up with nothing...I'm pretty sure there isn't a duplicate of this.
For me, I like working by myself. For example, if we have a project at school, and I could pick between doing it myself and choosing a friend to do it with, I'd do it myself. I like working on my own better because that way, I can be sure that I won't get into any arguments on how to do a certain thing, I don't have to be worried that the other person forgot about a deadline or did something I disagreed on, and I usually get a little mad in the end if my partner(s) do less work than anyone else. I also don't want to fail my team if I slip up. When I work by myself, there's only one person to count on-me. I like being credited wholly by myself, not as a small part of something. (I know that sounds arrogant, but I'm being honest.) |

working by myself because i know what i'm doing the most .. rather than people.
QUOTE(takingbacksandy @ Aug 9 2005, 7:58 PM) working by myself, not because of the recognition, profit, power, credit or whatever because i do not like depending on people. several times when i was placed in a group to work on a project, there was always problems.. people didn't want to corporate or they didn't want to do any work really. i think the real problem is, is myself. i tend to dictate, take over when things aren't getting done. That's so friggen true. Especially when my teacher add all the dumbasses in my group because no body wanted me because i didnt have any good friends in that class. i have shit friends in that class. No, i'm not stupid now. i get tons of A's. |
