How do you do a header in S2? |

I've looked through the forums and I can't find the answer to this (if there is one) so I'm very sorry if I'm repeating.
Anyway, I'm using S2 just because it has the format that I like (Novel Conundrum). Can you put a Header image in this format? I can't seem to figure out how. |
