im not fat...but i have a kinda fat stomach. i tried to flatten it by doing like 100 situps a day...but i'm lazy and i forget! how can i tone my stomach?! help please!

^ Sit ups may cause back problems, even when done properly because you stress your back. Crunches are kind of like... 1/3 of a way of sit ups. Crunches are much better than sit ups.
