how are you supposed to know what 'size' tampon to use? the first time i used one, it like... wasn't absorbant enough and started leaking.

Maybe you didn't put it in correctly, but maybe it wasn't big enough. It should depend upon how heavy your flow is and things like that. Maybe you should try a bigger size?
I'm not an expert on tampons, however. |
