toning your stomach..., how?!

im not fat...but i have a kinda fat stomach. i tried to flatten it by doing like 100 situps a day...but i'm lazy and i forget! how can i tone my stomach?! help please! _smile.gif

Okay seriously, though crunches help to strenghthen your abs, to loose stubborn fat, your best bet is cardio exercises. Aerobics like kickboxing, cycling or even fast paced walk or a run for 30 minutes a day (more than 3 times a week), depending on your endurance level, really do help.


Edit: I would post some abs exercises that the article offer, but that's kind of like... hmm... pirating. I don't know. Ah, heck... Never mind. I don't have a camera right now.
