Can someone check my Code for erros Options

I am sort of new with this, and i thought i was doing well, but when i tried to preview it, it came out wrong. (more specifically, the blog space is blank, and is not moving when i add a pixel amount in the code.

Thanks, now i can actually see the blog. lol

But i think i may stil need help, where in the code should i resize, and reposition my blog? Also, is it possible to get the Chat box to be on the background? (i guess in its own scroll window)
