hey everyone. i was wondering if anyone need a good mascara that curls and lengthens. i need it to come in waterproof. something that is affordable too as i'm a highschool student on a budget. i can't seem to find out a good one. anyone have any suggestions?

i use MAC FIBRE LASH mascara in black.. but it runs out and DRIES quicker cause it's FIBER ...theres fibers in it that cling onto the end of your lashes to make them look longer ..its awsomeeee
