Something's up with my chatterbox..., ...it's just not showing up Options

Here's the link, it's on the right side and the title of the module is Izzylicious... any help is appreciated, it used to not show up sometimes, but now it doesn't at all...

It happens a lot..unfortunately. Sometimes it just doesn't show up. Especially late at night when I look at my xanga for comments the chatterbox doesn't show up.
