has anyone heard of that product? it's this thing that lets you change the color of your hair a different color. like put streaks in it or something. well i saw it on tv so i was wondering who's seen it. :]

haha i heard of hair mascara^ i actually wanted it but then i didnt get it .. hehehe. anyways =) nope never heard it but i would die to have one =) well not die.
