I'm getting braces can you guys tell me about them? Do they hurt do they look bad......please tell me ALL about them!!!!!

I get mine the end of this month. =] My ortho says it'll be about half an hour...Which isn't too bad, bring some music. =] Oh yeah, && wear lip balm because your lips might get really dry. They don't usually hurt until they tighten them, which I think is every month? I think people w/ braces are cuter. =P I'll say boys more so I don't scare the girls, lol. I hope you like gelatin, Icees, soup, && teething rings...I know, why teething rings? They helped me w/ my expander && spacers.
