Hi to everyone one.. If anyone were to read this msg... Please reply. Cause I have a problem.
Im new, a beginner and I intend to create my own blog by my own. But I need some guidance. Is there anyone who can help me? Please reply... I really need help. But firstly, I have a few questions needed to be answered. Qs: 1) Who can teach me how to create a blog with guidance? 2) Who can tell me the code to create a picture as a template? Eg: I have a picture of me and my future husband as a couple and I intend to make that picture as a template background design to my new blog. Please reply to anyone who can help me... Thanks.
