that got messed up somehow...

here's the poem

Flying high on demon’s wings
I see more than you could know
Hopeful dreamers fly above
I see the clouds of hate below

And beneath the blanket of malice
A crimson nightmare shines so clear
War and betrayal are man’s best friends
As in the corner love cowers in fear

Cleverly disguised as good intent
All forms of evil plague the earth
And to the children doomed to darkness
This generation does give birth

I fly higher now to escape
From the knowledge I now know
But there is only one way to escape this black world
I let the crimson nectar flow

The blood falls
No more than a drop in a sea
No one will know my death
No one will remember me

Wow, I love the ending stanza. I love this poem and I don't see why more people didn't reply. Lovely, dark and vivid. Great job.
