outlining, on PSP? |

Alrighty, for all those who have PSP. Click this, you notice that the text has double outlining? It's black and then green over? How would you do that?

id probably put the first stroke on the normal way, go to selections from marquee...or...something like that. anyway it selects the text and then ud go to selections - modify - expand - 1px. and then..sort of fill it in without getting the rest of it.....
this seemed smarter in my head. now i just feel stupid. |
