Alrighty, for all those who have PSP. Click this, you notice that the text has double outlining? It's black and then green over? How would you do that?

Oh.... Erm... Gee... Y'know how I'd do that? Like this. ---- Add your text. Duplicate the layer and pull it under the original. On the original text layer, add a 1px black stroke. On the new text layer, add a 5-ish px green stroke. ---- You add a stroke by right-clicking on the text and choosing 'Stroke', I think. |
