outlining, on PSP? |

Alrighty, for all those who have PSP. Click this, you notice that the text has double outlining? It's black and then green over? How would you do that?

http://www.tutorials.cn/tutorial/355/ I can only find a one for Photoshop as of now. Maybe you can try doing that or something similar in PSP.
