well this is the second vecot/vexel confused on whats it called
  layers: just 1. i didnt really know what to do so i just painted over the orignal picture time: like 5 hours tell me what you think and what should i change about it |

What? Painting over the original doesn't make it a vexel or vector...that's a digital painting.
Try using the pen tool, or the polygonal lasso tool if you want to make a vexel/vector. There are lots of tutorials here: http://www.vexels.net |
