Do you have Windows Media Player? You most likely do, it comes with Windows.
Anyways, open WMP and go to the Guide section. Search for the video you want and play it to make sure it works. Then while it's playing, click File>Properties and copy the URL on the page that pops up. That help at all? I hope so.
