I searched and nothing came up so, I was wondering has anyone ever participated in habitat for humanity? If so what did you think of it? What skills would have made things easier? Did it effect you in any way?
I'm most probably going to chile in november with habitat for humanity, and I was wondering what people's experiences with the group were. If you have never participated in a habitat project, have you ever thought about it? If you have no idea what I am talking about, visist their website to find out more information |

I've did some stuff for Habitat for Humanity, but it was just in my city. I didn't go off elsewhere. I planted flowers and leveled out the dirt.
It was really fun to do especially when we get to meet and greet the family recieving the house. The looks on their faces is priceless. =] If you guys haven't done anything for H4H I suggest you should it's really fun. =D |
