can i get pregnant by swallowing sperm after giving a blowjob? my friend at school said yes, but my boyfriend said no; stomach acid kills the sperm. i'm very confused/a little worried. please help me!

thanks you guys :-) i feel better now. haha i drank like a gallon of water in order to attempt to "drown" them. i'm so sexually uneducated, but it's alright. haha sad question for a 16 year old, huh? lol thanks again :-)
