So, I'm being forced to attend a fitness boot camp for the month of August and I was just wondering if anyone has been to one and if you can tell me a little bit about your experience. If you haven't been to one but have heard a few things from other people, let me know.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not out of shape but I do have a problem with not exercising regularly and my eating habits are stranger than most people, which I believe has something to do with my low blood pressure. My parents are hoping I'll learn something from boot camp to help me lead a healthier lifestyle.

i just saw something like that on the news this morning.

it was called like power boot camp or something like that? huh.gif

but anyway it seems scary...the instructor was always just yelling and if one person is late or does something wrong, the instructor would make them all do the exercise over again or make them do more of it.

it costs $40 a week i think...i don't understand why people would pay someone to yell at them and work them to death _unsure.gif

even if you think its 40$, it's still worth it.
The camp needs money to provide food and supplies.
Yelling helps encourage someone's mind to be train.
once they're out of the camp, they know what they do to help themself.

Thats what i think. yawn.gif
