hello kids. just a quick question. when you have a picture of a friend and yourself, what do you caption it as?
"my friend and i at the picnic" or "my friend and me at the picnic" and which one is correct? i thought it was "and me" but it seems as if so many people use "and i" ...right. grammar nazis, help? edit: Yes, i know that it's "my friend and I" when you're writing a sentence. But i'm talking about picture captions. is it still the same? I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT SENTENCES, I'M TALKING ABOUT PICTURE CAPTIONS |

if it was a caption for a picture, it would My friend and me at the park.. the reason why it is MY FRIEND AND ME is because if you took out the MY FRIEND AND part, than the only word that would make sense woujld be ME.
