Splinter!, help |

I have a splinter stuck up in my nail.it went through my whole nail..i tried cutting my nail and squeezing it out and usign a tweezer..but it don't work.. So i was wondering if it ever happened to you guys and if you know how to take it out.. Thanks!

maybe sumthing smaller than tweezer.. like picking away from your skin with a pin or sumthing
 but the same thing happened to my sister and the doctor had these giants tweezers and it came out in about half a seci say go with the doctor
