Once you've made the div layer..., what's the blog code? Options

I've looked at the tutorials, but I can't seem to see what specific code relates directly to the blog posts.

Specifically this is my problem. I have made a DIV area where I want my blog to be. What codes do I put inside the <div></div> tags to cause my blog entries to show up?

Again, I apologize to you vetrans out there who probably can see it easily.

It doesn't matter where the stylesheet is.... It still affects everything.
As in my site. Click.
They can begin before the blog layer.... But it's easier to edit if you have things in that order.
The blog layer begins wherever you want it to. -thinking of how to explain this- Actually, let me do it this way. I'll use my current layout and show you what I'm talking about.
