well I was wondering because I sometimes use it, but I don't mean it, and maybe someone doesn't like it or something. I use to people who act bitchy, but not in a bitchy way, just to joke at their bitchyness. That didn't make any sense.

I think it all depeneds to who you say it. If you say it to an enemy or a stranger it is cursing...but to some1 ur close with or friends its not..hmm....
